Puede ser un colgajo musculocut&#xE1;neo pediculado (colgajo dorsal) o simplemente un colgajo de piel basado en los mismos vasos si hay un pliegue extra en la regi&#xF3;n axilar (TDAP). La cicatriz estar&#xE1; en la regi&#xF3;n lateral y dorsal bajo el sujetador. Es una t&eacute;cnica muy elegante, pero requiere manos experimentadas.
